After a successful sold-out show earlier this year, Forbidden Forest organizers have revealed the initial phase of their impressive lineup for the upcoming event scheduled from May 31st to June 2nd, 2024.

In the previous year, an impressive gathering of 30,000 members from the Forbidden Family convened at Belvoir Castle, a captivating estate in the UK, for the largest edition of the festival to date. This extraordinary event is set to continue expanding, as plans for the upcoming year promise even grander enhancements, including remarkable immersive production that will elevate the show to new heights.

Organizers of the ninth edition of the event at Belvoir Castle are highlighting the natural surroundings by incorporating more of the forest’s unique scenery. The VIP area will be expanded to offer a picturesque view of the lake, and new stages will be built harmoniously within the woodland. Additionally, yoga classes will be available for campers, providing an earthy experience.

Today, more than 40 renowned artists from the electronic music scene have gathered at the festival to celebrate their passion for music, nature, and dance. Returning to the Forest are Sonny Fodera, Hannah Laing, Patrick Topping, Jamie Jones, PAWSA, Jess Bays, Eats Everything, Schak, Low Steppa, Hot Since 82, Gorgon City, East End Dubs, Fleur Shore, and Luude. Joining them are Andy C, Hedex, Hybrid Minds, Wilkinson, Shy FX, Sub Focus, Bou, Darkzy, Holy Goof, and the dynamic collective 24Hr Garage Girls, promising an unstoppable mix of bassline and old-school anthems.

Australian DJ Dom Dolla, who recently performed a sold-out show at Electric Brixton, will join the lineup alongside Irish duo Belters Only, renowned techno artist Charlie Sparks, Solid Grooves’ Dennis Cruz, iconic DnB trio Kings of the Rollers, Sam Divine known as ‘The First Lady of Defected,’ minimal Parisian collective ODEN & Fatzo, Detroit-born Seth Troxler, and numerous other talented artists.

Campers are welcome to arrive on Friday afternoon to set up their campsites before sunset and experience the enchantment of the festival. This year, the festival reintroduces its exclusive VIP camping option called ‘Forbidden Retreat’. Additionally, the festival has partnered with When Nature Calls, a renowned toilet provider offering the UK’s cleanest festival restrooms, along with pamper stations for those seeking to maintain their glamour. Furthermore, the festival is collaborating with Big Green Coach, its sustainable travel partner, providing convenient coach transportation from major cities across the UK.

According to James Cohen, the owner of Forbidden Forest, they are eagerly anticipating the return of their Forbidden Family to the Forest next year. They have taken their production and lineup to new heights and are excited for you to witness what they have created.
